Static Support

I have some shortcomings in the attached project, I would be very grateful if you could help. 1 - In some beams on the mezzanine floor, the reinforcements are placed in such a way that they exceed the minimum reinforcement spacing, when I change the diameter of the reinforcement, the situation is not much different. I wonder if I have a chance to automatically place double rows in the program, if not, how should I edit the drawing? 2 - In the basement and on the ground floor, I need to tighten the stirrups on the columns on the 5 axis. Even though I placed them with 7 cm intervals, the control did not accept it. 3 - Since the building has B1 irregularity, the program automatically chose a coefficient smaller than the R coefficient I entered. In this case, should I change the coefficient or should I not interfere with the coefficient? I need urgent help on the issues I wrote above, if you could help me I would be very grateful. Thank you in advance.

Hello, In the 1st program, automatic double row reinforcement placement is not performed for beams... You have to decide how the double row layout will be and arrange the beam sections yourself. 2. In the column settings, in the "static/reinforced concrete" tab, you can interfere with the length of the "column compaction zone". Compacting can be applied to any height value relative to the lower end of the column, or it can be applied to the entire column if you give the compaction length more than the column height. 3. The program automatically reduces the R coefficient by multiplying the value of 1.25cmmin depending on the B1 irregularity. You don't need to take any action on it. You can examine the relevant values under the title of irregularity B1 in the general report of the earthquake regulation. Good work
