Stapling Security Problem

Hello, In the attached project and similar 5-storey structures, I always encounter the problem of stapling in the raft foundation. In this project, although the concrete class is C30, I encounter the problem of stapling under 70cm thickness. In general, 50 cm raft foundations are always made in these types of structures. I think 70cm raft thickness is too much for this type of project. I don't know where I am doing wrong.
