Stapling reinforcement on the raft

hello, there is a stapling problem on the raft in my project that I made according to the new regulation. According to the new regulation, we can meet the punching with reinforcement. Will a feature be added to get stapling with reinforcements?
 
Are you considering adding a feature in this direction? We make a column head under the raft to get the punching, it is not desired to deal with this application at the construction site.
 
Article 7.11.10 of the regulation states that slab or slab foundations that meet certain conditions can increase the stapling strength by using reinforcement. In future updates, I think a study will be made on this subject, and some values need to be calculated. As if the regulation is explained in detail, let's see when we will fully understand the regulation and draw a project.
