Stapling problem in basement

Good day everyone, Good work guys 1-) In the project, there are sloping floors on my roof. While analyzing the project, it says that the D04 tile algorithm cannot be created in the attic. Will it cause a problem? 2-) Basically, I made a 40 cm raft foundation, but after the foundation analysis, I encounter the STAPLING error. He says the cross-section of the columns in the basement is insufficient. How can I fix? Thank you Appendix : Project

Hello My suggestions; --There is a gap between the foundation level and the building, take the raft foundation level to zero, (If the foundation level is correct, pull the building down as elevation.) - Check the 6th section of the earthquake regulation, -The ground safety is very low and 50% increased. This floor can be in group D. It may not be necessary to increase it. Check with the geology report. --Since the foundation raft starts from the end of the columns, the punching areas are very few. --Because you're protruding the building to the front and back, you can enlarge the estimation's front and back raft base, thus increasing less thickness to avoid stapling. --Increase the thickness of the raft reinforcement, --User defined -(minus) load on the raft, why? --Standard recommendation organize stair and wall loads. Take it easy Unver ÖZCAN

When there was a problem, I only made the ground safety tension 8.5 when 12, I saved it with a 40 cm raft. Then I came to my own value by reducing the ground safety stress. this time, the column dimensions are not enough error from the basement floor is gone. I fixed the stapling problem by making the raft 60 cm. What I will say is that before I made this floor safety stress 12, I tried the raft with the same thickness, but the error was not resolved. Bug fixed after increasing or decreasing the ground safety stress. Is it because of the program or the structure?
