stair bracing problem

Friends, In general, when solving the stairs together with the structure, I get the error that the system cannot be solved, related to this: 1.) Even if we make an arbitrary eclipse on the stairs, why can't the system be solved? 2.) When it comes to fixed support, it is understood where it is attached, how is the load transfer done to the columns and beams? I would be glad if you help.

Hello, Ladder When the supports are arranged according to the solution conditions together with the structure, perform the analysis by ticking the Semi-Rigid Diaphragm option in the Analysis Settings/General Settings tab.
2.) When fixed support is mentioned, it is understood as fixed support, How is the load transferred to columns and beams?
When the Fixed Support option is selected, it is assumed that the relevant edge is held against rotation and translation. Stair supports are supported by which elements, they are connected to those elements with rigid arms and resolved together. -The 4th and 5th arms of the ladder you use in the project You can use the ladder created in the attached sample project -Also, the vertical carrier element (P003) of size 25/140 is a column object It would be appropriate to define a Good work

Checking the
Fixed Support option assumes that the relevant edge is held against rotation and translation. Stair supports are supported by whichever elements they are supported by rigid arms and they are solved together.
If this option is not selected here, wouldn't a solution be made together with the building? So then what forces would the ladder be designed for?
-There is a disconnection between the 4th arm and the 5th arm of the ladder you used in the project. You can use the ladder created in the attached sample project. -Also, it would be appropriate to define the vertical carrier element (P003) of size 25/140 as a column object.
Actually, I can't see any disconnection in the visual 3D window because I did all the calculations according to the docks, I think it would be better if we could understand the logic, I can't open the project, can you send it with version 7.017? ?

Stair supports together with the structure according to the solution conditions [u When ]is not edited[/u] stair effects will not be taken into account in the structure. Fixed support option will be selected when stair edge is not connected to any of the elements specified in the support options. For example, at the bottom floor, the lower edge of the stairs may not be on the foundation but on lean concrete and an undefined element. If it is solved independently of the structure, the staircase will be designed according to the fixed and live loads entered in the staircase settings.
