Space in the center of the dome

Hello. In the project I added, there should be a 50cm radius gap in the middle of the dome. I will be glad if you can help me to define it in the program.
 
I tried to model the same dome shape as a vault, but I couldn't form the right shape. We have to manually assign the dome load to the beams, right? Also, we can't create spaces in the dome as in the floor, but can you suggest a source for me to calculate by using the full dome calculation?
