How can I solve the construction without earthquake loading only under fixed and live loads. I said I should take the building importance coefficient to 0, the program was locked. The program does not allow me to get the coefficient A0 as 0. If I take a very small value, the stresses in the raft foundation are the same as 0.40. I removed the earthquake loadings from the combinations, but again, the raft reports write the earthquake loadings. Use seismic loads in soil safety control for foundations is unchecked, but it still uses seismic loads. version 8.503, by the way, I set the defined A0 value to 0.01 and nothing changes in the earthquake raft stresses.
