Soil tension appears to be zero

Good day, I am a new graduate and I am just learning the program. I'm drawing a four-story project. The project is finished in general terms. The foundation of my building is the continuous foundation. When I want to see the stresses in the foundation in the analysis results in the project, max. it says ground stress is zero. I couldn't see anything wrong with my analysis settings. I outlined the project from the beginning once again, but my problem did not improve. I would appreciate it if you could help with the reason. Thanks in advance...
