Hello, Negative ground stress occurs at the foundation of a single storey building. I think it's because you connected this single-storey building to the main building. I recommend separating it with dilatation. This check can be disabled by removing the "Check for negative ground stress on raft foundations" option in the Analysis settings Foundation / Soil parameters. You can also consider this option.
