Slabs and Beams

In my attached project, in the system that I created by inclining the attic floors and its attached elements, the beams at the roof end flows are intertwined with the beams of a lower floor. In these axles, I want to delete the beams and connect the floors to these beams by raising the elevations of the lower floor beams. Is it possible? What solution would you suggest?
