slab with column head

Hello, I have a project like the attached and I want to make a solution as a plaque. I also made a column header definition, but I could not get the reinforcement details. Is there anything we're missing? Actually, I made a semi-rigid solution, but since the file size is very large, I make it fully rigid and add it here.

The wall load is not defined in the beamless floor. In the last floor K2 beam, there is 7 out of 14 reinforcement in a section, it does not fit into the section. 60 cm to the two-storey building. I think the raft is too much, if it were me, I would always build the foundation and remove the basement curtain from the sides, and the foundation would be buried in the ground. This building is two-storey, but I am against such exposed, superficial foundations in higher buildings. The column heads you put in for punching look just like the beam, even worse than the beam. Idecad does not detail it, but since you take it into account in the calculation, you have to add it to the drawing and it must be manufactured on site. Alternatively, the slab thickness can be increased. Hollow floor can be considered.

Thanks for the answer. I chose it because of the bad ground value in the thickness of the radio, without examining the section details, but what you said is true. Now I decided to convert the system to ribbed flooring.
