Also, as a difference from TBDY 2007, vertical earthquake effect (Ez) is also taken into account in TBDY 2018. In short, your columns have normal strength Ac* in the old regulation. While it provides 0.5fck, it narrowly does not provide Ac*0.4*fck under the new regulation.
