good day, can I get information about the siege issue in the column-beam junction shear safety? besieged or not besieged what does it matter, should it be seen as a mistake.thanks

It is not a mistake that it is not surrounded. If it is surrounded, you can ensure the safety of the column-beam junction area with smaller sections, that is, you provide economy. (In terms of meeting earthquake regulation conditions). Technically speaking, I don't know whether an engineer would prefer their combination to be surrounded or not.

besieged/unsieged in capacity calculation There is a difference depending on the situation.
