Showing the 4-storey project as 3 floors

In the project that I am designing, there is a 1-fold increase according to the change in the zoning status. In the current situation, I need to draw the project as 3 layers, but if there are 4 floors in the future, how can I achieve this, so how can I draw it as 4 layers and get 3 layers, how should I follow so that there is no change in the calculation reports. I am waiting for your help from my experienced colleagues, thank you in advance..

Make your calculations again according to four floors, draw as 3 floors in the pictures, give the reports to the municipality as four floors, then when there is a floor increase, there will be no change in your calculations and you do not need to make performance calculations to evaluate whether the building has one floor more. no, if you give three floors, you will have to take cores from the building and accordingly you will have to calculate the performance.

I don't understand why you have to hide what you've done twice as much. Enter data as 4 floors and give the accounts as 4 floors. Give your drawings in 3 layers. The municipality will not ask you why you solved it 4 times. If there is no change in the regulations when you get the permission for the 4th floor, you can show the current report and show that it has been solved for 4 floors, or you can bring the same account report and the drawings of the additional floor for the new license (which they probably want so).

In my opinion, the best thing to do is to solve the building as four floors, fix the equipment, save the data file as a different file, delete the 4th floor and get a report.

The static project should be like the approved architectural project.

Thank you for your interest and help, after I designed the building as 4 floors, I got the account report, then I deleted a floor in the middle and took the drawings as 3 floors, I hope it won't be a problem :D
