As you know Win 8.1 operating system is out, shall we use Ide Static V7.20 in this operating system? Has a test been done on this? Shouldn't we install win8.1 without an update from IDE?

I got Hasp Driver Error while installing win 8.1 pro Ide Static 7.20. (I think he was writing something about an error caused by incompatibility.) Still, I continued with the ide cad installation. Then, when I installed the hasp, the Windows that wanted to install the driver gave the same error again and I continued by saying "get online help". I think it downloaded a few files from Microsoft automatically, something happened in the background and I couldn't quite understand. After the installations were finished, the ide was opened with static hasp, but I did not do data entry, analysis or layout editing. win 8.1 operating system (Win 8.1 clean install - not 8.1 update from win8.0) I would be glad if the hasp driver error at the beginning of the installation is taken care of. Note: It is a Win 8.1 licensed program and the .iso file has been downloaded and installed from the Microsoft official site.

The problem you encountered was the operating system. It may not be related to windows 8.1. Tests in our own office did not have a problem. The ver 6.60 hasp driver released by Safenet is newer, maybe Windows might have found it.

but like data entry, analysis or layout editing etc. I have not done any operations,
It may be necessary to update the graphics card. Call us on 0 224 220 67 17 during the day when you are available. Let's connect to your computer with remote access and look at the problem you mentioned together.

Hello, I am sharing it in case there are people who have this problem like me. My system was win 8.1 pro. Idecad worked on my system for a long time without any problems. Then I reinstalled my computer and installed the software. It was installed without problems in İdecad. However, whenever I put a lock on and opened idecad, Windows crashed constantly and I had to reinstall it. -I reinstalled it 3 times. The problem I had was SSD incompatibility according to me. I found the solution as follows. I downloaded the SSD Cleanup v1.2.0.6 software from the official site of Sentinel, the manufacturer of Hasp. With this, I cleaned the new system that I had set up from scratch. Later, I installed the Sentinel Driver v7.5.9 software from the same page and the problem was fixed. Idecad is working fine now. Hopefully it benefits your business. South
