Should my ductility be mixed or high?

Hello good work; I have a project BKS=3, DTS=1, Hn=18.62, BYS=5, I can't choose it because the single-filled hollow block is closed, and I need to make a cassette from beams or cassette selection, especially because the building is intended to be built like this. I chose the diaphragm type semi-rigid, but I was undecided about whether I should choose my ductile level high or mixed. According to the regulations, I can't choose limited.

Hello, A23 and A24 carrier systems described in Table 4.1 can be used in unidirectional gear flooring and there is a condition of BYS>=6. Therefore, you cannot solve a building of this height with a hollow block. If you continue by choosing a mixed system, you need to provide the Total Mev >= 0.75 Mo condition with curtains. If you cannot provide this ratio, you cannot hash. If you solve your project as cassette or beam slab High ductility level A14 or A15 carrier system types can be used. In this case, you need to provide column beam connection shear safety controls. A solution can be made by paying attention to these situations.
