Shear safety on curtains and insufficient reinforcement error

Hello 1) In my project, I am getting the error of cutting safety and insufficient reinforcement on a curtain on the ground floor. 2) There are also some problems with my raft basic additional accessories. Can you help with my basic account part? 3) Are there any errors in my reinforcement selections and design parameters? The project file is attached. Thanks.
