Serious difference between the two structures

Hello, there is a small plugin in one of the two builds. When I make this add-on, there are serious differences especially in the raft reinforcement range. I would be glad if you could give your opinion on this. good work

Hello, In the project "F BLOK 19052020.ide10", one of the projects you added, there is a moment jump at the intersection of the P32 curtain and S03 column. In the Analysis/Settings/Foundation Soil tab, select the "flat connection" method in the Raft Foundation-superstructure interaction section. Note: You can define a single raft foundation in the project and edit the reinforcement axles and working distances separately for long and short sides. (example.cde) Good work

Thank you for your attention. Rebar spacing was 13 cm, but it decreased to 8 cm in the attached state. If I could make the rebar spacing at least 10 cm without making the rebar diameter fi18, it would have been easier for me to get municipality approval. Right now, I can't think of a solution other than dilatation. Do you have an idea about this?

Thank you for your interest. If you have noticed, the minimum reinforcement spacing of the raft was 13 cm in the project without the add-on, but it decreased to 8 cm in the add-on condition. If I could make the reinforcement spacing at least 10 cm without making the reinforcement diameter fi18, it would have been easier for me to get municipality approval. In the project without add-ons (A and F BLOK 16052020.ide10), the main accessories were arranged manually. In the Moment-Reinforcement fields tab, As(available) is less than As(required) and additional reinforcement is placed where needed.
