The R coefficient is automatically calculated by multiplying the value of ncimin between 0.60 and 0.80 by 1.25ncimim according to TDY item 2.3.2.3, depending on B1 irregularity. The value of ncmin must be greater than 0.8 in order to avoid shrinkage. The value of ncm can be greater than the ratio of the sum of the shear area between the floors and the vertical carrier effective shear area. For details, see TDY 2.3.2.3. It turns out 1.25 * 0.74 * 7 = 6.48.

You find the value rounded. The report prints two digits for ncimin. It is more than two digits. (incimin has a value like 0.744...) R= 0.744*7*1.25=6.51"yunussacikk":7jl5abhg" said:1.25*0.74*7= 6.48.
