Secondary direction factor

Hello good day. In the noonliner pushover analysis, should the secondary direction factor be 0.3 or 0.6 in schools? I wish you good work.
 
Hello there; According to Equation 5.1 defined in TBDY 5.2.2.1, the definition of Ed(H) shows the horizontal earthquake effect. In TBDY 5.2.2.3, it says that the Ed(H) term should be made according to 4.4.2.1. In this case, the secondary direction factor should be 0.3. I have sent the relevant items in the pictures below. In the scope of TBDY Chapter 15, which is explained for the performance of existing buildings, no clear information about this factor is given. Best regards...
