Second order indicator value

Good day, I'm a civil engineering student, I just started doing the static project process. In the attached project, the console floors on the 1st floor ceiling should be hollow blocks, but I could not solve the placement issue exactly. When I enter them as attached, it gives the second order indicator value error in the report. How can I solve this? Also, if you have any suggestions, I'm open. Thanks
