Second-order effects condition not satisfied

Hello. This condition cannot be met due to the fact that the floor heights of the basement and the ground floor are 3.5m. Can I get your solutions and suggestions about this? If there are different errors, I would be happy if you point them out.

Hello, the statement "The second order effects control could not be achieved" in the Structure Summary report does not indicate a problem, but a situation. If the condition given in Equation 4.36 is not met, as per TBDY 2018 article 4.9.2.3, all internal forces in the program It is automatically increased with the second order enlargement coefficient (beta) calculated with Equation 4.37. As for your project, Equation 4.36 is not provided due to the D346 landing slab, which is independent of the other slabs on the 2nd basement floor. Note: There are columns that do not provide column beam joint shear safety (B) control.

Suggestion project attached. Check spiral staircase floor spaces.

The proposal project is attached. Check the spiral staircase floor clearances. Unver ÖZCAN
says incompatible file version, I can't open it. I never opened it as .cde. how does it open?
