RYTEIE 2019 Material strength

When I look at the regulation, the results we get from the laboratory of the concrete strength will first be multiplied by the correction coefficient given in Annex-B (fkarot=18 MPa in the formula and 0.87 when the l/d ratio is accepted as 1), and then, as stated in the article 4.1.11, 85% of the average concrete strengths will be multiplied. It was written that it should be taken. But when I analyze according to RYTEIE 2019 in IdeCad, I see that the 18MPa value has decreased to 14.4 as seen in the picture. (80%) Am I misinterpreting this value or is IdeCad doing a different reduction? Thanks in advance.

Re: RYTEİE 2019 MATERIAL STRENGTH Hello, When the knowledge level "Minimum" is selected in the risky building analysis, the current material strength defined by the user in the building tree is multiplied by the Knowledge level coefficient specified in the Risky Building Regulation Table 4.1. Good work

Re: RYTEIE 2019 MATERIAL STRENGTH The process of this program. I have to get 85% after multiplying my correction factor by 0.87, right?

The value calculated according to the condition specified in the current concrete strength RYTEIE 2019 4.1.11 should be entered. This correction is not made in the program. Good work
