When I look at the regulation, the results we get from the laboratory of the concrete strength will first be multiplied by the correction coefficient given in Annex-B (fkarot=18 MPa in the formula and 0.87 when the l/d ratio is accepted as 1), and then, as stated in the article 4.1.11, 85% of the average concrete strengths will be multiplied. It was written that it should be taken. But when I analyze according to RYTEIE 2019 in IdeCad, I see that the 18MPa value has decreased to 14.4 as seen in the picture. (80%) Am I misinterpreting this value or is IdeCad doing a different reduction? Thanks in advance.
