Risky building performance analysis?

Why do the values obtained from the analysis and the values obtained from the risky structure analysis not match each other?

very normal... because, in risky building analysis, different from normal analysis; 1) R=1 is taken 2) Elasticity module is taken differently from TS500 (It is calculated with a formula specified in the risky building regulation.) 3) EI values are reduced in columns and beams 4) And beam moment capacities affecting shear value are calculated with the reinforcements found as a result of the vertical calculation.
