Risky building analysis

As a result of the risky building analysis, does it have to be the lowest floor, namely the ground floor? so the 1st floor or 2nd floor cannot be the critical floor? because sometimes the largest relative story drift can occur on the 1st floor or the 2nd floor. THANKS in advance for your help.

Hello, If there is a floor (rigid floor) with basement perimeter curtains as the critical floor, the top of this floor or if there is no rigid floor, the top of the foundation is selected. When you analyze, both the critical storey and the storey with high relative storey drift are evaluated. For example, in the report below, the ground floor is selected as the critical floor, and the floor with the higher relative floor drift is the 1st floor. Evaluation is done in two layers.
