Risky Building Analysis & Performance Analysis

Hello, I would like to refer to the knowledge of friends who have experience. We have an existing public building, what is the difference between having a Risky building analysis and a Performance analysis for this building? * I know what the risky building analysis and implementation regulation is, there is a legal process and it can be done by an institution licensed by the Ministry, provided that it is in compliance with RBTE. Then the demolition process etc. it's working. * As far as I know, performance analysis can be done by engineering offices and then reinforcement projects etc. processes are running. Should we have a Performance analysis or a Risky building analysis to see the status of our current building?
 
As you conveyed in your message, the risky structure analysis made according to 6306 initiates a legal process and it is irreversible. Your structure will be registered in the title deed as risky. At this stage, unfortunately, there is not enough time for reinforcement in the law. In addition, the risky structure analysis uses an approximate calculation method, the construction material and geometry determination methods are also approximate. The calculated performance level is somewhere between pre-failure and controlled damage. You can't see the full build performance. It is a regulation used for some demolition purposes. If you want to see the real status and performance level of the building, I recommend you to have a performance analysis done by an expert company.
 
Thank you Mr. Suat, I couldn't find any statement about the ground investigation for performance analysis in TBDY2018, I think we need to have the ground study done, what is your comment on this matter?
