Hello, I would like to refer to the knowledge of friends who have experience. We have an existing public building, what is the difference between having a Risky building analysis and a Performance analysis for this building? * I know what the risky building analysis and implementation regulation is, there is a legal process and it can be done by an institution licensed by the Ministry, provided that it is in compliance with RBTE. Then the demolition process etc. it's working. * As far as I know, performance analysis can be done by engineering offices and then reinforcement projects etc. processes are running. Should we have a Performance analysis or a Risky building analysis to see the status of our current building?
