HELLO. THE CONCRETE PRESSURE STRENGTH VALUE I CHOOSE 14.93 MPA ACCORDING TO RYTEIE, IT HAS BEEN CALCULATED AS 13.437 MPA, MULTIPLIED BY 0.9 IN THE RISK ANALYSIS REPORT. STEEL STRENGTH IS ALSO MULTIPLIED BY 0.9. WHAT IS THE REASON OF THIS? I WOULD LOVE TO HELP. GOOD WORK..
 
It's a job at the urban renewal appeal commission. I made a defense on the same basis, but the teachers did not accept it. I wondered if there could be another explanation. Thanks for be interested
