In the project I solved, only one balcony was asked to be solved as a hollow floor slab. All other floors are slab slabs, but I am getting more than one rigid diaphragm error while solving the system. no error occurs in geometry check)? Because when I have the analysis done (with multiple rigid diaphragm options), RM and KM 1 are at the origin, and RM and KM 2 are close to the mass center of the structure. In this case, would it be wrong to solve the structure with a single rigid diaphragm option? Thank you from now. Best regards,
 
If there is no error in your data entry, then two different rigid diaphragms will not occur. Check the floor connections or you can add your project.
 
Hello, the problem stems from the mismatch of the nodal points on the hollow floor console floor. If you design the edge of the floor from the point where the beam connects to the column, the problem is solved. Or you can create a nodal point there and solve the problem. respects.
