Retaining Wall Sliding Problem

Dear Official; I can't get past the problem of slipping on a retaining wall I'm designing. I am having a problem in the program, which I think is caused by me, although it is done manually. I'd appreciate it if you could help with the file Good work...
 
I also focused on the cohesion value... The ground is almost a very good ground... The cohesion value in the soil survey report is also 114.37 kN/m2... The value in the project is 11.44 t/m2...
 
When we examine the cohesion values according to the soil type: For sandy soils: 2 kN/m² For soft clay soils: 10 kN/m² For semi-solid clay soils: 25 kN/m². (Excerpted from the article ZM-10.65.pdf. It can be found on the Internet. I think there was a mistake in order during the writing of the ground report.
