I need to build a retaining wall for the staircase in the site plan of the building I have sent in the appendix. Has anyone encountered such an event before, not exceeding 3 m. The staircase will be surrounded by a curtain. thanks

Some things are not clear from the pictures. What is desired to be done can be described with detailed information on the jeans and with more cross-section information. But as far as I understand, there is at least 12 m elevation difference between the lower and upper levels. The designer forgot about such a difference in elevation. Although there is a slope on the side of the stairs, you may need to pile perpendicular to the staircase. Again, a similar problem appears on the surface facing your parcel on the side of the stairs. Since it is leveled, it seems very difficult to solve it with a retaining wall, especially with a 3m wall. As I said, it is necessary to pay attention to the elevations, the desired and the floor characteristics.

There are terracing methods in dam constructions and highway structures. You can terracing on the line where the stairs pass. After terracing, you can make a retaining or curtain wall. On the side of the staircase (facing the building), you can make a short-distance docking and consult with the landscape architect in terms of visuality, you can also apply an artificial waterfall. Of course, it means you can: You will have the necessary data according to the project values, and you can do it if the project area is sufficient after you save your calculations with this data.
