Relative Floor Offset

In my project, I am having a problem due to the relative Floor offset. In the project, I have used the use of curtains at the maximum level. Since the structure has 4 sides, I did not have a chance to put parallel curtains around the building. I tried to distribute all curtains as evenly as possible. The project consists of buildings in the form of 2 separate towers on a single basement. The floor is ZE class and the owner of the building and the contractor definitely want the project to be solved together. They stated that they do not want a dilatation joint. download link:

First of all, thank you for your interest. Values such as soil survey and soil class were conveyed to me by the ground survey company and the geotechnical report was prepared within the soil survey company. I need to find a solution with these values. If the ground was ZD, I would not have encountered the problem of relative floor drift.

I would be glad if you could help.
I almost drew an exact project. Especially the Y direction was very troublesome. I added a small column between the corner columns and the Y direction curtain 30x50. One for each corner I solved it by putting 4 of them. Adding a carrier element may be the solution.
