hello, there is a relative displacement problem in 7-storey construction. add curtain and max. We enlarged our translational columns, we could not solve the problem. I am attaching the project in its raw form, can I get your comments and suggestions?

hello, there is a relative displacement problem in my 7-storey construction. We added curtains and enlarged our columns with maximum translation. coefficients were entered in the TBDY 2018 wizard by first selecting DD1 ground motion. The wizard was registered. Then the DD2 ground motion was entered again and the wizard was re-registered. In 10.06, the wizard will not need to be edited twice in this way. All columns in your structure are entered in the Y direction. Whereas The relative floor offsets in the X direction are too high and exceed the limit. Therefore, adding vertical carriers in the X direction or changing the direction of the columns will balance the system. You may consider making the central shears as core shears. Proposed floor plan. Alternative column-curtain walls within the framework of this floor plan. you can try core curtain systems: Story offset values relative to the proposed floor plan:[ /b]

Hello Mr. Hakan.. My biggest problem is the relative floor drift, you mentioned that first DD1 should be entered and saved, and then DD2 should be recorded.

After the upcoming 10.06 Update, it will not need to be done with DD1. It will be calculated in one step.

Hello, In the calculation of the Lambda coefficient described in 4.9.1.4, notifications were made because different values were calculated due to a software problem in the program. In the case of data entry, as in the Wizard Arrangement document shared by Mr. Levent, lambda values are calculated correctly.

How to organize the TBDY 2018 wizard is explained in the attached document. These operations will not be necessary in Ver 10.06. Good work
Check results are given below. good work, regards...
