Relative Floor Offset Too High.

Hello, In the project, the relative offsets of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors are high. I cannot fix this error. There are different errors in the project, but first of all, I would appreciate if you could help me to fix this problem. I am making solution using semi rigid diaphragm. The project is attached. Thanks in advance.
