Relative floor drift problem

Hello there. I could not fix the relative floor offset errors in the project I was working on the demo. I would appreciate your help. The file is in the link. (ground values confirmed by afad and geological engineer)

In order to reduce the file size, the project has been solved fully rigid and will be solved semi-rigid in the final stage.
