Dear Unver, I have uploaded the file. HELLO THERE; IN A PROJECT WITH A TOTAL CONSTRUCTION AREA OF 1400 M2, THE TOTAL REINFORCEMENT AMOUNT INCLUDING THE FOUNDATION OF STAIRS AND RAIL IS 65 TON. THE FLOOR AREA OF THE BUILDING IS 150 M2, INCLUDING THE STANDINGS. B+Z+A+7+LIFT TOWER. IS IT NORMAL TO HAVE THIS RESULT? (1-2-3-4-5-6-7.FLOORS I HAVE DEFINED AS FLOOR FLOORING---BASTORY-FLOOR-MENOVAS FLOORING.) M2 COMES WITH 50 KG REINFORCEMENT. I WOULD LOVE TO HELP YOU. I WISH YOU GOOD WORK...

In my opinion, review your system, and then you can get an idea about the size of the reinforcement. Review your existing wall loads of 12 cm hollow floor slabs in your system, and correct the errors in the geometric control. best regards, good work

Remove the vertical discontinuity error in columns s6 on the 5th floor and s4 on the 4th floor. Try to make the continuous beams the same size as possible. (eg: beams K13-14-15 and K18-19 and K20-21) Column sizes seem to be reduced. Enter curtain P1 as a panel object, not a column object, and model it as a shell. The columns don't seem to be too hard. I don't know if you want to play with the dimensions. In addition, if you count the raft foundations and basement floor curtains, there is a construction area of approximately 1700 m2. Calculate from here, the amount of reinforcement decreases by 40 kg/m2, which in my opinion is not too much reinforcement.

Dear Sevgi, MY SUGGESTIONS: I HAVE ALSO WRITTEN IN MY PREVIOUS ARTICLES. DO NOT FIX COLUMNS, BEAM, CURTAIN, FLOOR, FOUNDATION REINFORCEMENTS. I wonder why you fixed it. 1- Correct the errors in the geometry control, 2- S4, S6 columns do not overlap on the upper floors, 3- There is no use in defining tape beams on floors, it is not taken into account, 4- Make the floors on the side of the stairs by describing the edge of the stairs, not by creating holes 5- You have solved your structure as a semi-rigid diaphragm, but the support conditions are marked for the support of the stairs independent of the structure. In this case, your stairs will not be solved together with the structure. 6- To solve the stairs together with the structure, you should define the support conditions by marking the support conditions. 7- I recommend you to put a mezzanine beam for the stairs, 8- The thickness of the floor increases a lot in the middle ladder on the stairs, when it is supported on the floor on the floor, I recommend you to put a low beam between the stairs and the floor on the floor 9- Check the wall loads, they are all the same. - There are places with a hollow block thickness of 12 cm. Projects should not be compared with the amount of iron falling on 11 m2. I think it would be better to make a project by modeling it according to the right behavior. If this is done, the amount of reinforcement remains within reasonable limits. A few tons of iron and 10-15 m3 of concrete in a building don't matter to me. Take it easy Unver ÖZCAN
