First of all, check the geometry and correct the errors there. (vertical continuity, objects on top of each other..) I do not recommend using a floor tile tear that crosses the floor. Instead, it would be better to cross the torn edge with a beam. Add stairs to the system. Make the brackets and inner beams the same height,(?!) spans many and single spans. It also has a console. Look at the deformation and remember the moment diagrams. Review the attic loads.
