Good work everyone. I am making a project consisting of 2 basement floors + 12 normal floors. *** When I had my project analyzed with a semi-rigid diaphragm, there was an expansion since there was a parking lot on the 2nd basement floor. I get the error that the beam exceeds nmax on the same floor. There is a curtain wall for the elevator pit just below the beam where I get the beam nmax error. *** The second problem is that I get the error that the raft is insufficient in reinforcement. No matter what I did I couldn't fix it. I did not increase the size of the foundation, I did not expand the ampatman, I tried to go to the solution based on the Forum, it still did not work.
