Reinforcement density in ground floor columns

In my attached project, there are too many reinforcements in the s1 and s8 columns on the ground floor, I am waiting for your advice, how can I reduce it, thanks in advance, there is also a1 and floor relative in the project, how can I remove them?

I applied it but the situation did not change, --S1 and S8 columns have a little extra reinforcement on the ground floor ceiling (within the limit values) other floors are normal. If you want to reduce the amount of reinforcement, you need to add curtains, --A1 and B1 irregularities do not matter since the dynamic calculation is made, --K9 beam is not fully seated on the walls, otherwise it may break in an earthquake, --Dissolve the ladder together, --If the attic will not be used, load the wall loads and You can reduce live loads.
