Reinforcement area in vault calculation

Hello, I am doing vault modeling, I need to place reinforcement I checked the As calculation, for example, I read the values in cm2 for AS1 and AS2, does this value mean the area of As1 upper As2 lower reinforcement, or it refers to the direction of the reinforcement calculation axis. Also, is the 3cm2 value I read for As1 valid for finite element size or 1 meter? does it mean for the band or across the width of the vault Thank you
 
Re: reinforcement area I have idestatic 8, do you draw vaults? If I learn it, I will transfer it to 8 and continue. I have dome drawing in ide8 but it gives an error, the program closes when I try to get a drawing
