Hello, I have installed version 8.504. I used the "guse joint" to join a reinforced concrete column to steel beam but the bolts are not shown on the plate on the concrete surface. I wonder what the problem might be, I wish you a good work

Hello, if you pay attention to the picture I added, the bolts are visible on the reinforced concrete surface, but the column is not visible on the surface. respects

Hello there; The junction is a steel column-beam junction and could also be defined between reinforced concrete column-steel beam. As a visualization problem, it is seen that the bolts are not formed correctly. Necessary notes for editing have been taken. Good work.

Dear nurgulkaya The project I am working on has an urgency, I wonder how long it will take for the arrangement you will make, if it will take a long time, with which other combination can I make such a combination. good work

Hello there; With the 8.504, when I used gusset or butt gusset joints to attach steel beams to reinforced concrete shears or columns, I did not encounter any problems with bolts not forming. There may be a problem in your model, but if your job is urgent, take the steel drawings and check them. If bolt holes are visible on the steel beams and plates, it will not be a problem for your project. Only the image you see on the screen is wrong. However, I will ask you to send your project under any circumstances. Good work.

Hello Mr. Nurgulkaya, I sent you a private e-mail about the project. reinforced concrete beam does not form any joint in the elements. or i couldn't

Hello there; As a connection, you can model the connection between reinforced concrete beam and steel beam with bolts in both directions without any problems. However, the bracket will not fit the cantilever beam as it is a sliding connection due to the freedom of connection. Unfortunately, moment-transmitting connections are not compatible with the reinforced concrete beam. As I mentioned before, it would be more appropriate to temporarily edit the links in the drawings. Good work.
