RANGE COLUMN REINFORCEMENT ERROR

Hello, Even though I tried the last 2 beta updates and ver.6.52, it gives insufficient reinforcement error in polygon columns. It shows this as an error when receiving a report, but there is no such problem in the column report. I would be glad if you are interested in the project attached.
 
Hello, As(-) warning is due to insufficient stirrup. To solve the problem, make the stirrup spacing 9 cm in the relevant columns. Good work
