rafter raft basically pleated solution

hello, in a structure where a rafter raft foundation is used (50 cm high), the raft reinforcement (not the beam) on both sides of the foundation is unraveled and naturally turns into a reverse pile. in the application, it was passed straight without pleating. According to the technician, we would consider it straight. However, since the base reinforcement density is reduced by half, is it not a mistake? Also, can such a foundation be solved without a pleat?

There can be a solution without pleats, of course, if you have done the necessary "top flat reinforcement tightening" after canceling the pleats, there will be no harm. You can enter the system and have it analyzed according to the reinforcement manufacturing.
