Raft reinforcement error

Friends, I have a project that I did not solve the problem in the attached file. I am constantly getting the error of lack of raft reinforcement in the project. I increased the thickness of the foundation, increased the width of the foundation, increased the diameters of the reinforcement, deleted the foundation and redefined it, checked the loads, checked the geometry, as a result, I could not correct the error. Could you please check my project?
 
I checked with 8.62, there is no problem in terms of basics. it saves. You have solved the project with Ver 7. Look at the raft foundation additional reinforcements, place enough reinforcements and fix it.

There is a problem with additional reinforcements. The reinforcement is not enough with a slight difference. If you increase the spacing to 9 cm or increase the diameter, there will be no problem. In the raft reinforcement parameters, the default additional minimum reinforcement interval is 10 cm. In the selection of reinforcement, the program can select a maximum of 20/10 additional reinforcements since the user limits the use of reinforcement larger than 20 mm for the raft foundation.
 
As seen in the pictures, although there is no problem with additional equipment, the foundation still does not save.

You are looking at 1 axis, look at 2 axis. Missing reinforcement is on the 2nd axis. Click on the lower axis and look at the additional reinforcements after that You will see the missing hardware as in the screenshots I showed in my previous message.

Hello, the user has limited 20 equipment. (not marked.) If you wish, you can mark the rebar diameter as 22-24-26-28 ... and use the desired rebar diameter as the upper limit. The program will verify accordingly. Unver ÖZCAN
