raft max. ground safety stress

soil emn=30 t/m2 min stress= 3.82 t/m2 average stress = 8.93 t/m2 max stress = 40.93 t/m2 in the raft analysis reports my average stress is 8.93 t/m2. my ground safety value is 30t/m2. I don't have a problem until here, but my maximum stress is 40.93 t/m2. I have 3 questions, the first one is max. How can I see exactly where the stress is on the raft in idecad (Is it the place where additional reinforcement is placed on the raft? Additional reinforcements are laid in 1 region) 2. Secondly, I think that the maximum stress occurs in the part of my raft foundation where the basement curtains are dense because it takes too much moment... Let's say I thought correctly, but the raft foundation What can I do if I can't expand on that side, what are your suggestions? The third is the mean stress < soil.
