In the project I solved in İdecad 8, I took 65 cm on the raft, when I gave an error, I reduced it to 60, I got a report without any problems, but when I do 65, there is a problem. Does it make sense or am I wrong?

Your raft foundation is operating at very low capacity for this foundation size and this load transfer. (You don't even need to use the 50% increase option in earthquake loading) Soil stress values are low. Therefore, depending on the type of reinforcement you provide, the minimum reinforcements are thrown at minimum (defined) intervals. If you reduce the diameter of the reinforcement (for example, choose the diameter of 16 reinforcement, there will be an additional 18), you will see that you can solve it without any problems with 60 cm raft. In this case, equipment savings will be achieved. When it is 65 cm, the design moment increases from 61 to 84 in Y direction earthquake loading. This increases the need for equipment. Additional equipment is not enough.
