arthroma problem with less than raft foundation thickness, verlyo ground tension, in columns, beams. I have given an apartment, about 1.2m, but I know how we can make an application if such an application is not made, and do I need a 3 meter curtain in the basement, do not define the curtains as flooded curtains that do not continue.

Hello, We would help you if you could write your project more clearly, by adding your project and specifying the process step by step on the project. I did it like this, like this... If the basement curtains are located along the floor height, the relevant floor is rigid. You should consider it as a basement. If you define a rigid basement floor, it doesn't matter if you mark the aforementioned curtains as curtains that do not continue to the basement/upstairs.
