In your project: 1- You enlarged the beamless raft foundation 1m to the K axis side 2- You got the carrier system coefficient R=6, ( According to TDY2007) Take R=7 3- Solve your system as a semi-rigid diaphragm 4- There is a 5m console from the Y axis, it would be better if you reduce it to 1m If you do these: 6. Basement floor K41 and 8. Basement floor K30 Beams have insufficient shear and reinforcement You can balance your system by changing the dimensions of the columns or curtains next to the beams.
