Raft Foundation Soil load

Meraba In the building I will design, I need to bury the raft foundation 2 meters below the soil, so my upper level of the raft foundation is -2 meters deep. I can do it.. or do we have to affect this load ourselves as users?? Thanks in advance..

The program does not take soil load on the raft, if there is soil on the raft, you must define the soil load in addition to the raft G load.

Thank you very much for your help... Also, is it possible for me to ask 1 more question? In the earthquake regulation, I could not find any statement about whether the Soil safety stress controls of raft foundations can be made according to the average stress Analysis-->Analysis settings-->Foundation-Soil-->Make the Soil stresses of the foundations according to the average. only Avg. should we take it as a base or Av-min-max. Shall we also consider the values? Thank you so much in advance..

This is not a regulatory option. In general, we can say that it is more correct to control the soil stress according to the maximum rather than the average in order to control the stress concentration in local areas (wall and column bottoms), but we left the initiative to the engineer with this option.
