Raft foundation reinforcement problem

I am getting the error of raft foundations with less than required reinforcement. I choose 16 gauge iron. Isn't it necessary to equip the foundation according to the 16-inch iron? After the analysis, it says fi16/18 and shows an error in the report?

it was fixed by making the reinforcement diameter 16 and 18. thank you.
