Raft Foundation Problem

Hi, Due to the lack of additional reinforcements in the raft slab that I defined in my attached project, the foundation also gives the error of lack of reinforcement. Even though I changed the diameter of the reinforcement, I could not reach the solution. When I tried a rafter raft, it loaded an incredible amount of iron on a beam. I would be grateful if you could review the project and help. Best regards,
